You can do so by:

1. Selecting the dates, pick up & drop off times on our website,

2. Choose a bike you want

3. Click "add to chart", you'll then be taken to the checkout page right away, there you will need to provide your name and basic contact details, there is also a field where you can write any notes to us relevant to your booking(special request... etc. ), no payment or card information is collected during check out on our site! 

Then, we'll contact you by email or messengers apps(with your phone number) to discuss your booking & needs, a quote will be sent to you and a 15% deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve the bike for your dates, we'll send you a link to make payment for the deposit by bank card, or with any other payment methods such as Wise, bank deposit, upon our agreement - See "What payment methods do you accept?" for more information.

The location is in the central Auckland area(not the city center) in Mount Eden suburb, there are plenty of public parking lots and empty space & quiet roads where you can practice a little bit before heading onto the busy roads. we are roughly 18 minutes away from the airport. 

We are happy to deliver or retrieve the bike from anywhere in the country at a cost. We can have the bike waiting for you at the airport or your hotel - We are happy to accommodate any request you might have, just talk to us and we'll make it happen. 

We are happy to meet you to hand over bikes at any time of the day(or night!) and any day of the year without extra charge, including public holidays. 

All hirers and additional drivers must hold valid a motorcycle license to legally ride on public roads in New Zealand. Overseas licenses/IDP are okay, as long as they are accepted in NZ. For most up-to-date information please visit NZTA Website

Learners and Restricted license holders are welcome, as long as the bike you choose is LAMS approved. You may not carry a passenger if you don't have a full license.

We are flexible when it comes to age & riding experience, we will discuss this with you directly. 

We ask for a refundable security bond when you collect your bike, in the form of cash or credit card pre-authorization, or otherwise agreed upon.

Credit card pre-authorization works by creating a temporary hold on your card, the money is not sent through to us unless we manually approve it, in the event of damage occurred, and will be canceled upon the return of the rental bike and inspection completed. 

If you are choosing to pay for the bond in credit card, please make sure to bring a credit card has has enough credit limit to cover the security bond, we will let you know the exact amount before confirming your booking and we are happy to test it out remotely and cancel the pre-authorization to see if it goes through or not. We can not release the bike until the bond is held. 

We won't charge you for superficial damages to the crash bars. We get that sometimes "ooops" moments happen, some times more unfortunate than other...

We install crash protection to our bikes and minimize expensive accessories that are more prone to be damaged in a simple tip-over, to reduce your liability when mistakes happen. 

In the event of a crash, firstly, make sure you are safe and move to a safe spot.

If the accident involves other road users, no matter who is at fault, be sure to exchange name, plate number and address, take a picture of the other driver's plate if they are not cooperative. 

Please refer to this page to see your obligations in the event of an accident.

Then, when safe, you need to contact us about the damage ASAP, please kindly include photos of damaged parts, this is so we can better assess the damage and pass on the information to a certified workshop to get repair quotes, and refund your security bond as quickly as possible after deduction.  

Upon receiving the repair quote from the workshop, we may choose to authorize the amount through your credit card, or wait till you come back to return the bike to discuss the amount owing. 

Please note that we may hold on a reasonable amount of the bond until the repair value can be assessed.

We offer Collision Damage Waiver(CDW) to reduce your liability in respect to damage to our motorcycle during the hire. The CDW excess are based on the value of themotorcycle(Agreed Value), which will be confirmed with you in writing and on the rental agreement.

The prices listed on our website are base rates without CDW. You may choose to use your own insurance upon our agreement. You do not have to purchase CDW however in the event of a total loss of the motorcycle, you may be liable for the full amount of the Agreed Value. We are able to offer very competitive rental rates by offering CDW separately to the base rates. 

There are three tiers of CDW:

CDW 1: Reduces your liability to 50% of the Agreed Value of the motorcycle

CDW 2: Reduces your liability to 25% of the Agreed Value of the motorcycle

CDW 3/Zero: Reduces your liability to 0% of the Agreed Value of the motorcycle. 

We recommend CDW 3/Zero tier for ease-of-mind traveling, most accidental damages occurring to rental bikes are not expensive enough to exceed most CDW/Insurance excess, with CDW 3/Zero, your CDW excess would be $0. 

Certain exclusions may apply, please refer to our rental agreement for more details on CDW. 

We are very flexible when it comes to payment methods, we understand the pains when it comes to exchange rates and foreign currency in general, we are happy to discuss payment options with you. 

Generally we will send you a payment link(Stripe) and you can use your VISA bank card there, or we are more than happy to accept payment by Wise so you can possibly get a better exchange rate.

We may also consider accepting Chinese Yuan, USD, Euros or Rubles in cash bills, both as payment for the hire and security deposit - don't be afraid to ask! We are moto-travelers ourselves and these currencies come in handy for us. 

We are willing to accept Rubles by bank transfers in most cases(YooMoney), Chinese Yuan transfer by internet banking. 

USDT is accepted as well - via Telegram Wallet

If payment is not made in NZD, we will confirm with you on the exact conversion rates and the amount to pay in your currency.

Really, if you are not sure, just send us a message and say "Can I pay you by [x]?", and we'll advise. 

YES! We are more than delighted to assist you in making your NZ motorcycle trip happen. Advises are free and we always enjoy a good chat. 

If you are looking to buy a motorcycle locally in NZ, we are happy to represent you to find a suitable bike to your need, inspect and purchase it on your behalf, service it and mount whatever accessories you need for it, so as soon as you hop off the plane, you can hop on your bike! 

We can also storage/sell-on-behalf or offer to buy a bike from you outright for when you leave, or, if you plan to come back and use the same bike again, but don't want it to just sit in storage for a year, we are more than happy to rent out your bike and share the revenue. 

You don't have to be an retired millionaire to travel the world on a motorcycle! We are more than happy to help to make your dream ride come true. 

A small cc Japanese bike can cost as little as NZD 1500/EUR 750 in New Zealand, or roughly two weeks worth of minimum wage working full time in NZ... But will enable you to make life stories that few people can tell!
