Who are we?

AVS Motorcycle Rental is a small independent business established in 2026. We are a family team of humble adventure riders who have been around Europe and Asia(and, of course, New Zealand!) with more than 45,000 km worth of overseas touring experience under our footpegs. 

We are blessed to be based in New Zealand as we believe we have one of the most suitable environment for motorcycling, we have plenty of twisty, well maintained roads and many off road trails to explore. Riders can be on the road safely (almost) year around with our relatively tamed winter temperature, there are tons of campsites scattered all over the country.

As fellow moto-tourists(who sometimes tend to do things the hard way...), we really, really... REALLY understand the pains and difficulties riders encounter when far away from home. No matter if this is your first overseas moto-trip, or if you are already a seasoned rider who is about to put that last country-flag sticker to the windshield, we'll be of assistant to the best of our abilities.

In order for you to get the most out of your ride, we'll discuss your needs and plan ahead with you - Riding the distance? We'll have a new tire waiting for you at the next stop, so you don't spend a week stuck waiting for a tire to be shipped in. Want to bring home a souvenir but can't carry it on the bike with you? Have it sent to us and we'll hold it for you. The possibilities are endless, we don't just hand you the keys and tell you when to come back, we work with you to pre-plan together and make your trip as rewarding as possible.
